Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of strategic marketing plans for all Accanto Health brands: The Emily Program & Gather Behavioral Health. This role participates in and oversees the creation and delivery of content to target audiences across all marketing channels, including websites, ads, social media, emails, collateral, and directories. The Marketing Manager collaborates with other individuals, teams, and external vendors to meet marketing needs across the company.
How Marketing Managers Empower Recovery
Manage the day-to-day work of Marketing Specialists, which includes assigning tasks, coordinating regular team meetings, providing guidance, developing process flows and training guides, owning editorial calendars, and reviewing/proofreading work.Execute and manage strategic marketing plans to engage, inform, and convert prospects into clients/referral sources.Creating, editing, and reviewing and managing new content about eating disorders and related topics for all marketing channels, including webpages, blogs, videos, photos, social media content, and podcasts. Research eating disorders and associated topics, as necessary.Participate and manage creating and maintaining collateral materials and other sales enablement tools, digital and print ads, creating and sending regular mass emails, including newsletters.Manage the upkeep of all digital properties, including company websites, social media channels, and directories. Perform regular audits and apply SEO best practices to optimize performance.Design graphics for online and print media.Schedule
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday ~8am - 5pm CST or EST
This position is a fully remote role with the ability to come on site to our Atrium office in St Paul as desired.
Qualifications
BA in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of marketing or communications experience; minimum of 2 years of people management. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.Demonstrated writing skills and ability to communicate effectively across multiple online and traditional media (blogs, audio/video, social media, digital/OOH ads, etc.)Experience planning social media campaigns and managing a variety of social media platformsProficient at video editingExperience with website platforms, website hosting, and website maintenance (Wordpress experience is a plus.)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Experience optimizing web properties for SEO.Google Analytics certification preferred.Vendor management experience.What we offer:
