We're Hiring: Project Designer (High-End Kitchens) Main Line, Philadelphia | Hybrid | Relocation Available
Are you a creative, detail-driven designer ready to lead the most sophisticated kitchen projects from concept to completion? Join our award-winning team at Bluebell Fine Cabinetry & Design , the Philadelphia Main Line’s premier destination for bespoke kitchen design since 1989.
We’re looking for a Project Designer to manage high-end kitchen design projects from start to finish. You’ll lead the process—setting timelines, managing budgets, solving challenges, and guiding both clients and internal teams—ensuring that each space is as functional as it is stunning.

What You’ll Do
(Approx. 30% design | 70% project management)
Lead full lifecycle design projects—from initial concept to final installation
Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
Coordinate closely with contractors, architects, and internal teams
Create detailed design drawings and cabinetry orders
Mentor junior designers and uphold Bluebell’s brand standards
Deliver an exceptional client experience every step of the way
What We’re Looking For
âś” 5= years experience in kitchen or cabinetry design
âś” Proficient in AutoCAD (required), Google SketchUp (preferred)
âś” Able to produce shop-ready drawings and pricing using software tools
âś” Strong organizational and leadership skills
âś” Professional communication with clients, contractors, and vendors
âś” Bonus: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Candidates will be asked to submit a portfolio or work samples.
