The Role
The Studio Manager leads all aspects of studio operations with a focus on sales performance, team leadership, and member experience. This role is perfect for someone who's as comfortable leading a team as they are chatting with members post-class.
Key Responsibilities
- Hit monthly revenue targets using BODYBAR's proven membership sales system
- Maximize retention through member experience and connection strategies
- Self-generate leads through partnerships, community events, and referral campaigns
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing front desk team
- Maintain the studio's vibe: clean, organized, on-brand, and full of good energy
- Manage product inventory, apparel displays, and admin supplies
- Cultivate community in and out of class-be the face of BODYBAR in your city
- Ensure studio policies and procedures are followed at all times
- 2+ years of leadership or sales experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Passionate about health and wellness (Pilates lover? Even better!)
- Confident communicator-in-person, phone, email, or DMs
- Super organized and deadline-driven
- High integrity, reliable, and a natural team player
- Comfortable with client management software and tech tools

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
