Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a
Marketing Event Project Manager
to support one of the world's largest software development companies.
ResponsibilitiesWorking to project manage the end-to end marketing event.
Coordinate schedules and meetings with executives as needed.
Update project plans and weekly executive newsletters.
Update PowerPoint decks, liaison with event production agency, track and update deadlines in the workback schedule and chase responsible individuals (DRI's) as needed.
Strong PM experience with great executive presence to help with documentation, program structure, organization, deliverable tracking, and communicating to senior leaders.
Required Skills & Experience
Communication: Able to convey messages to team members, and share goals, ideas, and issues.
Organization: To ensure processes are running smoothly and in line with goals, project managers must have strong organizational skills.
Negotiation: As needed, effective at negotiating terms with suppliers and other stakeholders.
Time management: Ensuring that the numerous tasks that need to be accomplished in a short amount of time happen.
Risk management: Able to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the project's success.
Problem-solving: Help identify and solve problems that arise.
Budget management: Able to manage budgets effectively.
Motivation: Help motivate the team to achieve project goals.
Event marketing experience required.
Education
Desired Education
A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline preferred.

Salary Range for this position: $119,000 - $132,500
