is seeking a seasoned Direct Response Marketer experienced in building, optimizing, and scaling high-ticket funnels. This role offers the opportunity to own execution and collaborate closely with our VP of Marketing to develop and implement strategies that drive results. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies across all stages of the customer lifecycle, from top of funnel to conversion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and optimize direct response funnels to convert cold traffic into booked calls and high-ticket sales.
Implement multi-step nurture sequences (email/SMS) and retargeting strategies to improve lead quality and show-up rates.
Manage GoHighLevel systems and automations (must have prior GHL or similar CRM experience).
Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other platforms, ensuring campaign profitability.
Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities across funnels.
Perform A/B testing, conversion tracking, and iterative improvements on existing funnels.
Plan and execute launches for new funnels, ensuring seamless platform integration.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting assets.
Adapt quickly based on data and results, maintaining agility.
Own KPIs like CPL, CAC, and ROAS, providing regular performance reports.
Drive monthly booked calls and optimize each funnel step to meet targets.
Bring 3–5+ years of direct response marketing experience, preferably in high-ticket info products or coaching.
Build and optimize campaigns from strategy to execution.
Be fluent in GoHighLevel or similar CRM, automations, forms, triggers, and campaigns.
Have experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and bonus points for ActiveCampaign.
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and speed.
Scale ad strategies across Meta, YouTube, and Google with a focus on CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
Balance metrics-driven decision-making with marketing instincts.
Work independently, take ownership, and communicate effectively as a team player.
Bonus Points For
Experience marketing virtual offers like online courses, masterminds, or coaching programs.
Familiarity with Cody Bjugan or real estate investing.
Copywriting skills or a good understanding of effective copy.

Compensation Package

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience and final title.
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and paid holidays and PTO.
