We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Position Specific Essential ResponsibilitiesAct as a marketing liaison, work closely with and assist the Director of Property Management with ideas and overall marketing strategies.Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas for marketing the properties and improving resident satisfaction and retention.Generate positive resident reviews and reputation management with online sites.Track and monitor all advertising sources, marketing promotions, events, and objectives. Provide feedback for sources that are not performing.Produce unique and high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral.Understand the online community and provide information and insight into the current platforms as well as any up-and-coming items that would enhance our overall brand image.Maintain corporate and community websites; ensuring accuracy at all times.Ensure that the website is always in line with industry trends by analyzing and reviewing competitor sites frequently.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future efforts.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.Assist in planning and executing promotional events and other marketing-related activities.Assist with general administrative office duties, as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field2 to 4 years of experience in marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and strong proofing skillsA desire to learn and receive hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast paced environmentProficient with RealPage, Canva, AI tools, and Microsoft Office Suite applications; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is preferredWork Environment
Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 5 pmHybrid potentialPhysical demands include walking, climbing stairs, sitting, or standing for long periods of time & occasionally lift up to 25lbs
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
