Position Overview
As part of the Integrated Marketing Communications Team, you will play a role in building, managing, and tracking all Beauty Category marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. This will include partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Creative, PR, Media, and Analytics to bring launch plans to life on a global scale. You will be responsible for developing ATL communications and will work with the channel specialists to deploy across all marketing channels. You will work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure regional and local plans support and align with the global strategy and objectives. You will serve as a key stakeholder on media planning, creative strategy/concepting, social content, video production, and PR pitching/events. The right individual will have a collaborative working style with an enthusiasm for making connections with cross-functional co-workers, strong organizational skills, and personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's marketing and business objectives
Brief and work closely with channel specialists and agencies on PR, Social, Retail, and Media planning and execution to deliver full-funnel campaigns
Partner with International IMC teams on Local execution of global strategy with local relevancy
Develop and implement a content strategy that provides engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms, that aligns with brand identity and audience needs, and that can be adapted for regional campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
Brief creative assets to support all campaign plans and media flights

Strong communication skills and ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management
Ability to synthesize complex product features into compelling and desirable consumer benefits
Ability to connect the dots and think at a holistic and strategic level across the business
Project management and ability to manage several projects in parallel, navigating a complex cross-functional matrix
Biased toward action, roll up your sleeves and get it done together
Qualifications
3-5 years of prior Marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility for brand strategy, messaging, positioning, and comms strategy and execution
Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns
Experience in creative strategy development, advertising and launching new products
Experience in launching products globally across several different markets
Experience in the Beauty industry preferred
