The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand marketing strategy, overseeing content production, and fostering a vibrant community through influencer partnerships, social media engagement, and affiliate management. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a keen understanding of modern social media dynamics.What you will do:Brand Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and business goals. Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channelsCommunity Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, manage gifting programs, and oversee social media postings to enhance brand visibility and engagementAffiliate and Partnership Management: Develop and manage affiliate programs and strategic partnerships to drive growth and brand loyaltyStrategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategiesPerformance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve future effortsRequirementswho you are:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand marketing, with direct experience in social media and influencer marketingSkills: Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in marketing analytics and performance tracking toolsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
