Assistant Community Manager
to join our team at our upcoming senior affordable community Fulham Terrace in Riverview ,
Florida. We are looking for an
Assistant Community Manager
who possesses high energy, expert communication, and relationship-building skills paired with outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to embrace a shared responsibility environment and work with a diverse group of people while keeping a strong sense of ownership attitude.
Role and Responsibilities

Expert communication and relationship-building skills paired with outstanding customer service and the ability to embrace a shared responsibility environment will make you a successful candidate!Marketing of propertyCollaborate with the Community Manager to create and implement resident activities and calendarCoordinate with Manage to oversee the activity of the website and social media networksAssist in the coordination of concierge service and participating vendorsAssist with Rent collection, maintain availabilityManagement of leasing and renewals for the communityCoordinate invoices, vendors, and work orders with maintenance staffEnsure the highest levels of quality are being maintained for the asset, services, and resident satisfactionReport to the Property ManagerRequirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferredPrevious property management experience preferredBilingual (Spanish & English) a plusMust have knowledge of property management software, Entrata preferredProficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookProficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, InstagramExcellent verbal and written skills are requiredMust have the ability to create relationships/rapport with tenants; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customersAttendance and punctualityMust be adaptable; able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorBenefits
