Overview
We are presently recruiting for a full time, Office Coordinator/Marketing Assistant. The Office Coordinator/Marketing Assistant assists with ESC’s essential office operations and marketing efforts by working closely with the Business Development Team to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acts as the first point of contact for any ESC guests, greeting them at the front desk.
Answers and directs incoming calls and distributes faxes and mail as necessary.
Monitors office supply inventory and places orders when needed.
Assists departments with administrative tasks and payroll delivery process.
Arranges and coordinates meetings and events; keeps track of corporate calendars.
Assists in managing and maintaining ESC’s customer relationship management (CRM), HubSpot.
Assists in creating detailed and visually appealing marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Assists with monitoring and managing social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will have:
Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field is required. Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing or a Business-Related field is a plus
1-3 years of similar experience is preferred
Proven experience in customer service
Proficient with MS Office
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices is preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfort with multitasking in a deadline driven environment
Understands basic business and marketing concepts
Well-developed organizational and time management skills
