Job Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent . Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
7-10 years of experience in the residential CI or consumer AV industry preferred.
Experience with ConnectWise a plus.
Attention to detail
5yrs+ of Sales Team Management (Not just sales!)
Experience with Consumer Electronics a Plus!
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ConnectWise a Plus!
Ability to handle multiple pr iorities and processes simultaneously.
Supervisory and management experience required.
