Customer Service & Expediting:
- Enter, track, and release materials for shipment in ERP system
- Communicate timely updates to customers via phone and email
- Process returns and address customer complaints promptly
- Work with Production Planning to ensure inventory availability and on-time shipments
- Communicate delays or issues with management and customers
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs
- Make proactive outreach calls as directed
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers
- Research and connect with key prospects and decision-makers
- Support the development and tracking of key accounts
- Lead investigations for order fulfillment issues
- Partner with internal departments to resolve complaints
- Foster a cooperative and positive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR 2+ years in a similar customer service or inside sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
