Product Messaging and Positioning:
Understand our customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape to develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value proposition within the contact center and gen AI space.Go-to-Market Strategy:
Work cross-functionally on strategic planning and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth with our customer-facing teams.Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create compelling sales tools and collateral (product demos, presentations, brochures, videos) that effectively communicate our product features and benefits.Product Launches:
Work alongside the product management team to plan and execute product launches and coordinate with various GTM teams to ensure successful enablement, implementations, and customer adoption.Customer Insights:
Conduct customer and market research to gain insights into customer needs and feedback, and use these insights to inform and guide marketing strategies.Reports to the VP of product marketing.Who You Are
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.Experience with product launch and GTM strategies.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and B2B technology market.Contact center AI experience is a plus.Strong project management and organization skills.Proven ability to create differentiated positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content.Compensation, Benefits and Perks
