Job Title: Engineering CADD I Content Enhancer

Job Summary: The Virtual Arkansas Content Enhancer revises the existing digital curriculum to make specified improvements. This work involves reviewing existing content and core requirements of the enhancement, establishing a revision plan, and implementing the changes within the learning management system and scripting documentation for the assigned course. This position focuses on producing holistic, accessible, mastery-based, copyright-compliant content that facilitates student learning outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities:Collaborate with specialists, agencies, and developers in a phased approach for producing quality digital curriculum content appropriate to the assigned course according to state content standards or other applicable content standardsCurate and create accessible, copyright-compliant digital contentParticipate in collaborative team meetings and professional development for personal growth and skill acquisition related to project needsScript learning objects, videos, and other lesson contentRevise a storyboard and comprehensive scope and sequence for the identified course contentDesign a variety of digital resources to support student learning based on research-based best practicesBuild content into the LMS ensuring design best practices for maximum learning outcomes, accessibility, and copyright complianceCollaborate with design and development team stakeholders to build and revise contentAttend course planning and design meetings whether virtual or face to facePay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of contentPrioritize and adapt to meet required deadlinesAbide by all Virtual Arkansas and applicable Arch Ford ESC policies and/or regulationsOther duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:Bachelor degree (minimum); Masters degree desiredThree years of blended/online teaching experience is desiredOnline course development and design experience is desiredDemonstrates high quality verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates creative writing and research abilitiesTeacher Licensure for the requested content area and grade level
