(digital media) - hybridPosition Overview:We are seeking an accomplished
Analytics Supervisor
to work within a growing NYC media agency across omnichannel campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Contextual, Email, CTV and OTT) and spearhead our team of Analysts in crafting and executing data-driven, digital marketing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in planning, executing, evaluating, and effectively communicating actionable insights. Direct reports will be managed and previous management is a must have. This position will follow a hybrid schedule with a few days in office, a few work from home if desired. The agency has an employee-centric work culture with many examples of rapid promotions from within and it’s a great time to join the team!RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate closely with the media team to evaluate the campaign’s technical measurement and data needs, including tagging, taxonomy, and web analytics coding.Develop and manage dashboards to fulfill business requirements and offer strategic optimization suggestions. Proficiency in complex Datorama ideation and builds is a plus.Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.Present measurement recommendations and campaign results to clients.Enrich the company’s knowledge base by producing and sharing case studies, POVs, and summaries from seminars and conferences.Enhance process and organizational efficiency through automation.Support team members' success by providing training, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices.REQUIREMENTSExperience with ad verification tools such as IAS, Moat, etc.Experience with using or analyzing data from DMPs and DSPs.Knowledge of visualization tools like Google Studio, Datorama, Tableau, Power BI.Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data manipulation languages.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Aptitude for mathematical concepts and an understanding of the digital marketplace.Solution oriented mindset.Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally.Highly organized; ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proven organization skills & attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a team environment.Bachelor’s degree; Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Statistic or Computer Science major preferred.
