Your responsibilities include:Reservation Management:
Handle travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Client Communications:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel inquiries, bookings, modifications, and provide excellent customer service.
Travel Coordination:
Work closely with travel vendors, partners, and team members to coordinate travel logistics, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
Sales Support:
Assist with sales efforts by promoting travel packages, upselling additional services, generating leads, and maximizing commission opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of client communications, reservations, payments, and other relevant information. Generate reports as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance the overall travel experience.
