Payrate: $28.00 - $31.50/hr. Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our employee communications team. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in the management, coordination, and execution of a multitude of communications projects. You will help ensure the quality and consistency of our communications efforts, and provide limited creative support, inclusive of story/article writing and proofing. Responsibilities: Communications project management; stakeholder engagement – this the focus of this position. 60% of their time will be focused on communications project management. Writing; simple templated design support Quality assurance – proofing, fact-checking; stakeholder approvals Supporting local photo and video shoots Organizing shared digital creative assets Coordinate metrics scorecard assembly Keep team SharePoint sites organized and updated Other duties as assigned Skills: Great verbal and written communication skills required Project management and organizational experience and skills required Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools Marketing Communications or Communications experience preferred Education: A degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business is required Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $31.50/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
