Job Description:

NCDHHS is seeking an experienced Epic PB, HB, and Claims Analyst.

Responsibilities:

1. Support NCDHHS analyst team through knowledge sharing and concise documentation.
2. Communicate effectively with clinical and business leaders.
3. Manage and monitor time and resources effectively to complete assignments.
4. Encourage participation from all team members and support them.
5. Anticipate potential concerns/resistance to change and address them constructively.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 8 years of experience with Epic PB, HB, and Claims.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Must possess Epic certification, Resolute PB, HB, and Claims.
4. Minimum of five years progressive revenue cycle experience.

Working Conditions:

May be required to work after hours or on weekends as needed. Infrequent travel may be required.

Pass pre-employment drug test.
