Growth Marketer
to join our team. As a Growth Marketer for Customer Experience, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the growth of our company by identifying new channels of growth, expanding our new channels needs, and establishing strategic affiliate partnerships. You will play a crucial role in reshaping how we go to market, shifting our brand from UCaas to a Customer Experience platform.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.Identify target segments and effectively tailor marketing efforts and messaging.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer pain points and develop marketing campaigns that effectively address these challenges.Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, paid search, events, and webinars.Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, track campaign effectiveness, and improve conversion rates.Collaborate with the product team to align marketing messaging with product features and benefits.Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enterprise growth, including lead generation, pipeline development, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in growth marketing strategies.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Proven experience (7 years) in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in a B2B technology company.Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer journeys, and account-based marketing strategies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth objectives.Nextiva provides a comprehensive employee benefits package that includes medical (including supplemental plans for accident, hospitalization and critical illness), telemedicine, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, legal assistance, an Employee Assistance Plan, paid parental bonding leave, PTO for hourly employees and Flexible Time Off (FTO) for salaried employees, an employee long-term savings plan (401k) through Fidelity with Nextiva matching, comprehensive employee wellness programs and loads of learning and development opportunities which are coupled with career paths to last a lifetime.Nextiva is a leading business communications company that helps organizations simplify and enhance their customer relationships.Swipe Files Job Board is on Pallet
