Manages a team of Direct Marketing Associates (canvassers) with a direct hands-on approach, provides motivation and coaching to help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Recruits, hires, and trains Direct Marketing Associates through cost-effective recruiting tools; partners with Talent Acquisition team when appropriate.Oversees all team field activities, including in-field and office training, role-playing, daily meetings, field supervision, and motivating team members.Creates and develops the team's culture through personal role-modeling desired behaviors and techniques with a heavy focus on company methodology.Monitors and coaches each team member in the field to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines.In partnership with marketing leadership, creates annual budget with the sole purpose of generating qualified leads and appointments through canvassing efforts.Performs administrative tasks including coordination of canvassing logistics, permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, and verifying/validating leads.Provides information to leadership and team members regarding neighborhoods and cities where RbA's products and services can be demonstrated with the intent of generating qualified leads and appointments.Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated analytical and technical skills.Strategic thinking, with strong project management skills, and attention to detail.Ability to self-manage time and budget to achieve objectives.Ability to analyze the effectiveness of programs and team members.Must-Have Qualifications
Ability to walk up to 3 miles per day.High school diploma; college degree preferred.Management experience with excellent training & coaching skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to work some weekends.Previous door-to-door experience preferred.Physical Requirements Summary
Ability to walk up to 3 miles per day.In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
