Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social media, marketing, or communications1+ years of intern and/or social media direct experience for a professional companySkills/Knowledge/Ability:
Narrative and audience driven understanding of social media contentBest practice knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & YouTube Shorts, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platformsEnthusiastic self-starter who aspires to be an expert social media manager and a master of scheduling, copywriting, and social content creationEffective communication, management, decision-making, and relationship-building skillsTeam player willing to absorb, enhance, and execute brand directionKnowledge and interest in Kidult, Collectibles, Games, and other toy brandsLove of popular and internet cultureExtreme detail orientation is criticalKey Result Areas and Activities
Paid and Influencer Campaign Support
Work with social, brand team and external agencies to route assets for paid social campaignsAssist team to partner seamlessly with internal and external creative partners to produce high quality content for paid social campaignsWork with social team and cross functional partners on influencer campaigns and events to secure, contract, and coordinate with influencers and influencer agenciesAdmin
Billing and InvoicingContracting creators for all social campaignsAsset ManagementTikTok and Instagram Shop
Partner with the social team to execute TikTok and Instagram shop strategyWork with affiliate influencers across platforms on key productsPartner with Social team to execute TikTok live strategyAnalytics
Preparation and pulling reporting from social channels and from our publishing toolClosely analyze results to inform the team of noticed trends, successes, and opportunitiesSocial Media Strategy
Work with team stakeholders to support development of content/plans to grow/support the community, meet engagement metrics, and ensure best practices are followed
Pay Range:
$23.00 - $25.00/ hourly
