We are seeking aSenior Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination of mid-to high-level proposals and work closely with the marketing and business development teams to build Carollos brand with external clients. Carollos vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and youll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career. **Responsibilities** + Assists and collaborates with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development efforts + Leads professional, well planned, and energetic business development efforts for SOQs, proposals, and interviews + Undertakes research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sections + Manages production of deliverables associated with these efforts in conformance with company standards + Understands Client Account Analysis process and facilitates project-specific CAAs + Provides content for proposals and general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by CSMs, project managers, and technical practice representatives + Assists in the daily maintenance of the company business development database **Qualifications** + 10+ years of marketing experience + Proficient in Microsoft Word + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Excellent organizational skills + Knowledge of industry, sales and marketing process **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and InDesign **Other Compensation and Benefits** Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
