The ideal candidate can adequately prioritize projects and meet prompt deadlines.•Creates PowerPoint presentations for new product launches and sales client meetings•Assists with organizing the marketing calendar and targeted prospect lists•Creates custom stock guides and promotional documents for sales and distributors.•Monitors website activity and distributes contact submissions to the sales team•Utilizes marketing tools (email marketing, CRM, etc.) to report analytics and report effectiveness•Assists with organizing marketing product photography/videography session•Creates purchase orders for external vendors•Key assistant with corporate and vital sales conferences and events•Generates specialized reports for sales and corporate executivesMinimum RequirementsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.1-3 years of experience, internships included.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience working in Adobe InDesign preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Great organization and prioritization skills.
