The Opportunity... The Porsche Experience Centers (PEC) are a brand immersion destination for automobile enthusiasts. They offer the ability for guests of all ages to take in the heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life.
AMCI is contracted by Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) to deliver the management of core operations for the PEC: drive, logistics, events, marketing and customer experience.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives and activations at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles (PECLA). This position assists in executing the overall marketing strategy, coordinating creative projects, and supporting public relations efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and administrative processes while maintaining Porsche’s brand identity.
How You'll Contribute... Marketing & Project Coordination
• Support the execution of the annual marketing strategy and Go-To-Market plan.
• Coordinate creative project briefs and ensure timelines and benchmarks are met.
• Assist in monthly marketing activations, including staffing, communications, billing, and evaluations.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and organize key team databases (images, videos, collateral content, etc.).
Digital & Social Media Support
• Assist in updating website content, imagery, and copy as needed.
• Support the Marketing Specialist in social media content management and scheduling.
• Monitor online review platforms and reputation management.
Public Relations & Brand Management
• Assist with media visits, public relations inquiries, and coordination of press opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to Porsche Corporate Identity and brand standards.
Administrative & Financial Support
• Facilitate and maintain the team inbox and calendar.
• Track and maintain budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and procurement processes.
• Draft and route legal documents as needed.
• Prepare weekly reports and communication documents for team meetings.
• Serve as a liaison between the Marketing and Events teams for crossover coordination.
What We're Looking For... • Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of marketing experience or transferable administrative/organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot challenges proactively.
• Automotive industry knowledge or Porsche history experience is a plus but not required.
Bonus Points... •Background in digital marketing or event coordination.
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.

The estimated hourly rate for this position in Los Angeles is $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role may also include performance-based incentives, benefits, and other perks as part of the total compensation package.
