JCW is partnering with a leading global investment bank in New York to recruit a Vice President of Product Marketing for their Global Markets division. This high-impact role sits within a dynamic, cross-functional marketing team, supporting the growth of the bank's Capital Markets platform across the Americas. With a focus on Equity Derivatives and Global Macro, this individual will serve as a strategic content lead and executional partner, helping to translate complex financial strategies into engaging, compliant, and client-focused marketing materials. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications for Global Markets Americas, the VP of Marketing will collaborate directly with senior stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Structuring, and Quantitative Investment Strategy teams, playing a pivotal role in the development and distribution of both educational and promotional content across digital and traditional platforms. This is a hybrid role based in Manhattan with three days per week in the office. Responsibilities : Develop and manage marketing materials across various formats (pitchbooks, factsheets, web, video, digital tools) for institutional and corporate clients. Partner with business lines to distill complex financial products into clear, sector-specific messaging for clients, including hedge funds, pension funds, insurers, and private banks. Lead campaign execution across digital channels, including websites, email platforms, and CRM tools, in collaboration with global marketing teams. Support ESG and sustainability-related marketing initiatives, ensuring the bank's leadership in the space is amplified through strong, compliant narratives. Coordinate content for thought leadership, events, product launches, and regulatory-aligned campaigns to elevate client engagement and brand presence. Qualifications : 6–9 years of experience in financial services marketing, ideally within Equity Derivatives or Structured Products. Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of capital markets and investment strategies, with the ability to simplify and tailor messaging for multiple client segments. Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM systems, WordPress, Smartfocus).
