A marketing manager at Convey Health Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate demand, and support business growth. The marketing manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives with a focus on promoting our innovative solutions that support revenue integrity and risk adjustment accuracy, quality improvements, and ensure payment accuracy for healthcare organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Campaign management: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Brand management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Content development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for marketing campaigns and collateral, website, social media, and other platforms to engage target audiences and support sales efforts.
- Data analytics: Use data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, as well as external vendors and agencies, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Budget management: Develop and manage campaign and advertising budgets within the larger departmental budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Market research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and inform marketing strategies.
- Event management: Support and align with broader industry event strategy, augmenting with more directly managed webinars and other event types to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Education & Experience
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field is required.
- Marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and lead / revenue generation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong change management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a balance of strategic and tactical mindset.

- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Preferred: Experience managing budgets and expense tracking.
- Preferred: Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
