Responsible for establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with government officials to impact positive outcomes for health plans and members served. Lead market-level marketing and communication efforts internally and externally. Collaborate with health benefit exchange and other internal and external parties to enhance the Ambetter product market position. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the expert on local, state, and national health policy that positively impacts local outcomes for Centene. Act as the external-facing executive for health plans, legislative, and government and regulatory officials. Facilitate corporate communications and marketing frameworks with local health plans. Oversee regulatory communications and oversight with state agencies (Health Care Authority & Office of Insurance Commissioner) and health plans. Manage and develop content for internal and external provider, member, and employee communications/marketing. Collaborate with Regulatory Operations for exchange filings. Coordinate with the Ambetter team on benefit design and local marketing plans. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, government, marketing, communications, or related field. 10+ years of experience in health plans, government relations, marketing, or communications. Pay Range:
$173,700.00 - $329,800.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, field, or office).
