What This Position Is All About: We are seeking an experienced, self-guided, and goal oriented performance marketing professional to manage and grow the paid social and affiliate channels for Saks OFF 5TH. A successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role where you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy, building partnerships, and optimizing campaigns and budgets. This is a highly collaborative role across internal teams as well as with external partners & agencies. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field 6 years of performance marketing experience at an agency, retailer, or DTC company Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, economics and profitability levers Deep expertise with all the key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc., including hands-on keyboard experience Understanding of the best practices in campaign bid strategies, conversion events, and pixel based tracking Subject matter expertise within the affiliate marketing space focused on growth within retail / fashion Excellent Excel knowledge as well as experience with Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. A strong communicator to all levels across the organization Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically Strong partner or client management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines As a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, you will: Develop and implement paid social & affiliate strategies to achieve business goals across the funnel Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and others Create long-term, trusting relationships with our affiliate publishers working with them to identify and implement strategic revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition opportunities Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives and copy Work closely with the organic social team on influencer / creator strategy across paid social and affiliate channels (i.e. LTK, Collective Voice) Measure performance using platform and attribution tools to optimize strategy and improve performance Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders Manage channel-level budgets, forecasting, and pacing that ladders up to the budget and goals Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance Make strategic recommendations on everything ranging from budget to campaign structure to creative Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of paid social & affiliate efforts with other marketing initiatives Manage internal direct reports as well as agency partners The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $120,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
