Overview
The Creative Operations Manager will report into the Sr. Creative Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing the digital creative process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all creative assets across site, email, app, organic social media, and video. This role will also focus on streamlining the operations of our creative department and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful creative campaigns that align with our brand vision.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee execution and ensure smooth & efficient workflows and consistency of digital creative messaging, seasonal brand activations, and "always-on" campaignsIntake creative briefs for marketing and e-commerce initiatives and oversee their execution, ensuring that all creative needs are properly resourced, monitored, and delivered in a timely and efficient mannerCollaborate with the creative, marketing, and merchandising teams on strategy of marketing briefs, timelines, and campaign launches, ensuring that all deliverables are clearly defined and communicatedTrack and prioritize all creative requests, ensuring resources are allocated appropriatelyWork closely with the Sr. Manager to streamline processes, improve efficiency and productivity, and ensure alignment between creative and business goalsFoster a positive and collaborative work environment within the creative operations team, leading by example and promoting a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvementRole Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing creative operations or project managements, ideally in a retail environmentStrong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to stay organized while managing multiple campaigns with competing deliverables and/or timelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the companyProcess-oriented thinker who pays meticulous attention to detailFamiliarity with retail industry trends and consumer behaviorProficiency in project management software and tools preferred but not required
