Job Title: Seasonal Game Day Camera Operator

Department: Entertainment and Productions
Reports To: Director of Game Presentation
FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Arrive early to set up your camera
2. Operate still or roving camera for scoreboard production
3. Main shots of game action and sponsored elements for scoreboard

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

1. Experience operating camera for live sporting events
2. Ability to work the entire event including pre and post-game activities
3. Works well in pressure situations
4. Ability to perform duties of the job in outside weather conditions
5. Flexibility in scheduling; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Expectations:

1. Adhere to Cincinnati Reds Organization Policies and Procedures
2. Act as a role model within and outside the Cincinnati Reds Organization
3. Perform duties as workload necessitates
4. Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
5. Meet Department productivity standards

This is a seasonal opportunity and no benefits will be provided. Position pay is based on experience.

To be considered for employment for the above position applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Must have a High school Diploma or GED
3. Must be available to work a minimum of 55 home games during the 2025 season which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. A 2025 schedule can be found at www.reds.com
