AMJ Marketing Group is hiring a Social Media Manager to oversee the scheduling and publishing of content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and highly familiar with the backend of social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

- Upload and schedule pre-edited video content using native platform tools

- Ensure timely and consistent posting across all accounts

- Write or edit captions based on provided copy/prompts

- Follow best practices for each platform (hashtags, thumbnails, scheduling windows)

- Monitor scheduled posts to ensure successful publication

- Communicate with content and strategy teams regarding scheduling needs

Requirements:

- Prior experience managing content scheduling for brands or creators

- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

- Basic knowledge of caption writing and on-platform optimization

- Extremely detail-oriented and dependable

- Available to work in-office from 12–5PM, Monday through Thursday

Training Period: 4 Days

Pay: $20/hour
