Kia of Irving is seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Finance & Insurance Producer to support our sales staff and customers. The Finance Producer plays a crucial role as a revenue generator for the dealership, with a strong focus on compliance and a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.

Role Responsibilities
- Financing: Assist customers with financing options, obtain rates, communicate with lenders and banks, and present loan terms. Maintain excellent relationships with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and programs.
- Product Sales: Educate customers on aftermarket products like extended warranties, gap insurance, and protection plans to generate additional revenue. Build rapport to encourage referrals.
- Paperwork and Compliance: Process necessary documents such as credit applications, loan documents, and insurance forms, ensuring all transactions comply with regulations.
Employee Prerequisites
- Complete onboarding within days of applying
- At least 2 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance role; pay based on experience
- Flexible schedule
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively
