We are looking for a consumer obsessed owner of our website and app analytics to join the brilliant yet humble Consumer Insights & Analytics team at the best place to work- Self Esteem Brands! Looking for an experienced analyst on website and app user analytics, responsible for reporting and tracking basic web and app metrics on all brands under the Self Esteem umbrella (Anytime Fitness, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, & Waxing the City). This role would be considered the SME and primary user of reporting platform (GA4) and help advise the product team and digital marketing team about web and app usage and test ideas.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
Website and app performance analytics and reporting - uses GA4 and Amplitude for cross channel analysis and is responsible for monthly/weekly web reporting, web portion of campaign reporting, ad-hoc data pulls and analyses.Recognizes opportunities for reporting automation, creates reports on digital data using GA4/Looker Studio, and works with data team/PBI developer to create repeatable reports and dashboards for blended data sources.Works with a variety of internal stakeholders (Marketing, Data Team, Product, Development, etc.) to define goals/KPIs of new or existing projects and act a consultant in measurement and data definitions (taxonomy and event structure, such as UTM tagging).Develops measurement strategies to be able to effectively measure business requirements and conduct analysis to answer business questions about the website and apps. Use findings to provide insights and recommendations around user driven strategy.Tests tagging implementation in reporting platform to be sure data flows through as expected.Strengths:

Digital user analytics experience using an analytics platform (such as GA 360, Amplitude, or Adobe).Experience with digital A/B testing and the ability to help advise on test structure and determine insights from results.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO.Able to manage many different tasks and deadlines with multiple brands/business partners.Enjoys a fast-paced, results driven environment and is able to contribute to the company culture.Prefer someone with CDP implementation experience (such as Segment or Tealium).Experience with GA4 and Looker Studio is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree5+ years in digital marketing experience with web management experienceDirect experience running A/B or split testsLean-agile mindset with experience leading projects and initiatives within growing or changing organizations.Self-driven, detail-oriented individual who enjoys taking ownershipStrong oral, written, presentation, and asynchronous communication skillsProficient with website CMS and CRM interfaces, such as WordPress and HubSpotExperienced with HTML/CSS, Conversion Rate Optimization, and SEOExperienced with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and AB testing toolsExperience with agile project management and working with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks and complex deadlines in a fast-paced environmentResults-oriented, driven to deliver agreed outcomes under constraints to GSDStrategic thinker with an ability to learn and grasp new concepts and move quicklyFlexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and changeContinuous optimizer of process, practices and the status-quoWhat's in it for you:
