As we continue to grow our advertising agency, Client Accelerators is seeking a Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager to research, strategize, and run ads across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
We currently spend over $3 million a month across these platforms, and you’ll be helping increase that to $5 million this year.
You will work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including clients like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, Dan Bilzerian, and many more.
You’ll collaborate within a team of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each client’s campaign, forecast targets, script and direct creatives, then launch and optimize to meet forecasted goals each quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Media Buying: Manage ad campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search & Display, with daily budgets of $50,000 - $75,000. Be prepared for rapid scaling when campaigns perform well.
- Forecasting: Create scenarios and projections to meet client targets, analyze current metrics, and improve forecasts by lowering CPCs and increasing conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data for creatives, landing pages, and offers to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Funnel Strategy: Identify underperforming pages in sales funnels and optimize to increase conversions and revenue.
- Creative Strategy: Work with the creative team to develop new angles and ideas that drive campaign success.
- Growth Strategies & Competitor Research: Develop innovative campaign ideas and analyze competitors to inform our strategies.
Results:
- Achieve 80% of projected quarterly bonus targets from client revenue.
- Meet or exceed 75% of clients’ quarterly profit goals.
- Hit 100% of quarterly ad budget targets.
- Maintain a ‘B+’ rating or higher during reviews.
Communication Expectations:
- Use Skype for internal communication and Slack for client communication.
- Prioritize over-communication and prompt responses, providing context when delayed.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups with pod leads.
