Cohere is seeking a Web Developer. Join this team to support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple websites supporting the Intelligence Community. You will also establish and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with customers, end users, and team members.

What You'll Get to Do :

1. Create, design, develop, and maintain a broad range of digital media products (e.g., interactive animations, web pages/sites, narrated visuals with video content, mobile products) to present and clarify complex subject matter to diverse audiences, including key stakeholders.
2. Apply experience and techniques to design interactive multimedia products.

You'll Bring These Qualifications :

1. Active TS / SCI w / Poly Clearance is required.
2. Experience developing SharePoint from OOTB to custom applications and UX/UI (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, O365) by maintaining large lists and libraries, permissions, site structures, custom workflows, and Microsoft best practices.
3. Experience developing and integrating multiple data sources to provide customized dashboards for senior management and government clients.
4. Experience with ITIL Framework, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure.
5. Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SSRS Report Designer.
6. Experience creating secure application systems utilizing IC or DoD security guidelines.
7. Experience utilizing DEVOPS tools such as version control systems (GitHub preferred, Subversion OK).
8. Experience with software testing, documentation, and training.
9. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
10. Knowledge of PHP applications (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
11. Knowledge of 508 compliance.
12. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
13. Educational background: Bachelor's in an IT-related field with 6 years of related experience, or Master's with 4 years, or Associates with 8 years of experience.

Nice to Have :

1. Experience with SharePoint migrations.
2. Knowledge management, taxonomy, folksonomy.
3. Web governance, policies, and procedures management.
4. Developing PHP front-end applications and applets.
5. Designing for 508 compliance.
6. Experience with SQL and MySQL.
7. Microsoft SharePoint certification (MCSA, MTA), Teamwork Administrator, Power Platform, 365 Certifications.
8. Developing for Azure or AWS cloud environments.
9. Experience with Agile methodologies.
