Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Own the build of assets needed for campaigns, including landing pages, campaign programs, emails, target audience segmentation, and nurture campaigns.Own all aspects of CRM and Marketing Automation platformsMarketing Automation Configuration: Build campaigns and programs according to campaign logic in marketing automation platforms.Configure, maintain and troubleshoot various technical integrations, mainly with relation to Marketo and SalesforceManage automation and reporting aspects of Salesforce, Marketo, and other platformsCampaign Testing: Stage, quality check, and test campaigns and emails. Ensure audience/segmentation and campaign logic are accurate and little overlap occurs.Promote marketing and sales alignment with CRM pipelinesConfigure and manage contact database and leads lists for targeting and accuracyFind and build lists of contacts and accounts from business intelligence platforms and social mediaExecute various email programs for newsletters and other promotionsSet up and launch nurture campaigns and various gated content programsCollaborate across departments and with teams to execute campaigns, provide recommendations, and highlight project successesTrack metrics and KPIsPrepare end-of-month reporting for various team requirementsAssist in investigating and measuring effectiveness of new and different tools and platformsTechnology Integration: Work with the greater marketing team for ongoing development of Marketing Automation platform including additional integration projects with CRM and increasing capabilities with current systems.Work within an Agile framework to keep projects on topic, in scope, and meeting deadlines.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, along with 2+ years in similar roleStrong technology skills and enthusiasm for exploring new tools and solutionsExperience with Marketo requiredExperience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) requiredExperience with HTML/CSS for email buildsProficient in ExcelAbility to build and maintain relationships with a high degree of professionalismAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable executionCreative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communications skillsConfident, self-motivated individual with strong bias toward actionWhat we offer:
