Main Responsibilities include:

• Lash artistry and tinting
• Upselling products and services
• Checking clients in and out
• Providing world-class customer service
• Maintaining sanitation and industry standards
• Performing additional duties as required

Requirements include:

• Willingness to learn lash application techniques specific to Deka Lash
• Ability to market skills within the community and promote Deka Lash
• Booking lash models during training
• Discussing lash memberships and product options with clients while maintaining monthly sales goals
• Monitoring client bookings and being punctual and present for appointments
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
• Participation in studio cleaning activities with the team
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop skills continuously
• Ability to consult and design lash styles based on client preferences and needs
• Knowledge of all Deka Lash retail products to promote and educate clients on home care
• Providing education and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction
