Bach to Baby, the critically acclaimed concert series for babies, children, and their families, is looking for a passionate, confident, and creative digital marketer to help grow our audience. Are you super-organised and have the know-how to engage audiences through social media? Do you get a buzz from creating paid campaigns that build brand awareness, drive web traffic, and boost sales and subscriptions? This role calls for someone both detail-driven and creative, with stylish written English and a knack for keeping a consistent brand voice. Help shape the development of our social media and paid advertising strategy Pursue opportunities to grow audiences on existing and emerging platforms Maintain a consistent brand and tone of voice Social Campaigns, Content & Community Manage seasonal and evergreen social media content creation and scheduling Manage and build community engagement Develop, manage and implement our influencer marketing strategy Paid Digital Advertising Support the planning and management of paid advertising activity on social media, search, cross-network etc to drive ticket sales, subscribers and followers Develop our test and learn/data-driven approach to campaign optimisation Explore new and emerging paid advertising products, platforms and technology Collaborate with the marketing manager and founder to shape the development of our paid digital advertising strategy Ticketing Sites and Online listings Manage online listings and 3rd party ticketing sites RequirementsEssential
2-3+ years' experience in digital marketing with proven success in: Paid media campaigns (paid search, cross-network, social advertising) Social media audience growth, content creation, scheduling, and community management Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Exceptional written English and creative copywriting flair Proficient in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar for creating engaging digital content, as well as Meta Business Suite, Metricool or other social scheduling tools Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or similar (Word, Excel), with a keenness to embrace new tech Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships Excellent multitasking and deadline management skills A proactive, problem-solving self-starter Adaptable, with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit Desirable
Experience working in the arts sector Experience prioritising a busy workload across multiple projects Location Hybrid - London Bridge office and remote work Flexibility We are committed to making work work for families. This is a part-time position (around 20 hours/week), with flexibility to work longer or shorter hours, fitting around school and other commitments. Fully remote is possible. At the same time, this is a small company that cherishes hardworking entrepreneurship. Certain duties and responsibilities are difficult to define and may vary from time to time, sometimes overlapping in areas with other members of a close-knit team. Team members have the ability to think and work flexibly; a can-do attitude is required to meet the rapidly changing operational requirements while also making the time to think outside the box, explore, develop and improve marketing within Bach to Baby. This is a self-employed position of around 20 hours a week Engagements can be based partly at our office in London Bridge and partly home-based or fully remote Hours may vary from month to month according to business requirements, and also around family and school hours. Remuneration
