Commercial Interior Designers with 8-12 years of experience, ideally with experience in workplace design, although other specialties will be considered.Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior DesignExhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, and creativeExcellent Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skillsAbility to work with the Director to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents.Ability to mentor and lead the design process with more junior designersExperience with space planning, FF&E specifications, material selections, codes, and coordination with consultantsExperience with the construction administration processExcellent 3D graphic rendering skillsFluent in written and spoken EnglishValid work permit (USA)
