- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Identify and assess clients' unique insurance needs, presenting customized commercial insurance solutions that include property, liability, workers' compensation, and specialty lines of coverage.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and consistent communication.
- Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals, clearly articulating policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to offer clients the most up-to-date and relevant coverage options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new and existing clients.
- Track and report sales performance and account activities, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Valid Property and Casualty License.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a proven ability to manage concurrent workflows effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- A developing knowledge of commercial insurance markets and supplemental insurance products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with emerging trends and tools in the commercial insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client risks and recommend optimal coverage solutions.
