Friends University is seeking to fill the Marketing Specialist position in Wichita, Kansas. The responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to develop, design, and manage an integrated communication plan for CBASE recruitment. This position will work with the Senior Director of Marketing and The Director of Admissions to develop, implement, and measure results for an annual and multi-year integrated communication strategy including, but not limited to mail, email, social media, print, video, CRM, and website with specific focus on marketing Friends University to prospective students and families by building recruitment relationships.

Qualifications

Two years’ experience managing communication projects or marketing campaigns required. Computer literacy required, with knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot and Microsoft Office Suite software preferred. Working knowledge of social media analytic tools. Experience with mass email programs a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Possesses exceptional interpersonal leadership and customer service skills and ability to serve as a team player in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Ability to work individually on projects as well as with a team. Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with special emphasis on writing for emails and social media.
