Marketing Specialist
Scientific Products,an ATS Company is expanding our team and have immediate opening for aMarketing Events Specialist !
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all internal and external company shows and events
Plan and coordinate global trade show events eg budget planning registrations shipping logistics and onsite setup
Responsible for onsite coordination with external partners shippers and event hosts
Plan and coordinate marketing materials booth layouts and company gear
Collaborate with commercial team to select and staff events
Collaboration with the Sales team to schedule customer visits and meetings during the shows
Tracking show metrics Monitoring sales performance identifying trends documenting and following up on leads and reporting to management
Organize company related events such as onsite gatherings and trainings
Research order and manage inventory of branded giveaways for promotion and events
Responsible for distributing quarterly Presidents Club incentives to sales team
Excellent communication skills well organized with attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1-5 years event planning experience familiarity with scientific laboratory products a plus
Must be a self starter with the proven ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail and excellent follow through
Outstanding customer focus with the proven ability to effectively and professionally interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers at all organizational levels
Must be able to attend a minimum of 70% company events
Must be flexible with the ability to travel up to 10% as required both domestically in the US and internationally as needed

Work in compliance with divisional health, safety and environmental procedures
Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods
Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
Report defect in any equipment or protective device
Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
