$60,000 + includes: Base Rate + Monthly Bonus + Complimentary StretchLab Membership + Paid Training + Paid Time Off + Health Insurance + Paid Holidays + Major Growth Opportunities in Area Management (Family of 3 StretchLab Studios in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs; Park Ridge, Glenview, Deer Park.)

Job Summary:
Tremendous opportunity is available for a capable, skillful go-getter with proven fitness membership sales experience and people management. We're looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable. Who is task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will listen and can motivate a sales team. StretchLab is like no other health, wellness or fitness venue. It's personal and close-knit. When members walk into the studio, they are happy to be there and want to feel better. The Studio Manager will drive studio growth, membership sales, grassroots marketing & operations. Opportunity for growth as Area Manager, managing 4 studios.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years Sales Management or Fitness Membership Sales experience
2+ years Face to Face Health, Wellness and Fitness Customer Service experience
Confident in Pre-Sale, Grass Roots Marketing, Lead Generating, converting, nurturing and retaining studio memberships
Ability to hire, train, coach and lead a team of 10-15 people
Ability to manage/drive revenue streams from memberships to retail sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, phone, text and email
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable & neat
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with owners, co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers, social media and StretchLab studio software
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead follow up from Grassroots Marketing, Community Networking & Digital Advertising
Drive Membership sales, satisfaction and retention
Schedule/participate in presale pop-up events & studio promotions
Implement sales process and schedule prospects to Intro Stretch & membership conversion
Collect outstanding dues and resolve customer concerns
Manage, train & coach Sales Team and Flexologists
Proficiency in revenue report, attendance reports, performance reports & scheduling
Responsible for providing the first positive impression of the studio
Provide studio tours and convert from intro stretch to memberships
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
Enforce StretchLab policies & procedures
Ensure all forms, admin supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
Participate in meetings & webinars with owners and StretchLab Corporate
Attend and complete three-day General Manager training in Irvine, CA
