Manager of Organic Social & Influencer Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of all Social and Influencer Marketing strategy and activations for Banana Republic. Reporting to the Director, Organic Social & Influencer, you will work closely with the team to establish and refine Banana Republic’s social and influencer marketing and engagement strategies and will be responsible for day-to-day scheduling, posting and reporting on social media and influencer content, and support in the management of influencer partnerships, events and activations. As an internal resource on Social and Influencer Marketing, you will keep abreast of trends and opportunities that can grow the impact of Banana Republic’s social-first marketing approach, making suggestions to help further our brand reach and impact.What You'll DoSupport in the development and publishing of calendar, content and messaging for Banana Republic’s social media and influencer campaignsWork cross-functionally translating brand goals, objectives, and KPIs into social-first, brand-aligned content and messagingOwn scheduling and publishing of brand social content across multiple channelsEngage with our social communities in a timely, on-brand and engaging manner, liaise with customer service and store teams to support and track customer service issues where neededWork closely with marketing, PR, and external agencies to support the development of seasonal and one-off social and influencer campaignsSupport in the creation of influencer briefs, product tracking, and onboarding of influencers for all Banana Republic campaigns, in partnership with cross-functional, brand marketing, creative and PR teams and aligning with brand goals and prioritiesTrack, maintain and organize campaign metrics, creative and data for Banana Republic social and influencer partnershipsStay abreast of social media and influencer news, trends, and opportunities and help translate into brand right opportunities for Banana RepublicSupport in the creation and briefing of social-first content (imagery, video, concepts, etc.)Who You Are2+ years social and influencer marketing experience, inclusive of influencer management, social-first content, and brand messagingExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functionsChange agent and motivator, with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster positive culture change at GapEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, think differently, and infuse strategic thinking into daily tasksBenefits at Banana RepublicMerchandise discount for our brands: 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta, and 30% off at Outlet for all employees.One of the most competitive Paid Time Off plans in the industry.Employees can take up to five “on the clock” hours each month to volunteer at a charity of their choice.Extensive 401(k) plan with company matching for contributions up to four percent of an employee’s base pay.Employee stock purchase plan.Medical, dental, vision and life insurance.See more of the benefits we offer.For eligible employees.Gap Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. $71,600 - $91,300 USDEmployee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
