Job Title:
Director of Admissions and Marketing
Location:
Boston, MA
Job Duties:
Conduct admission screenings for potential residents, assessing care needs, equipment, insurance, and payer sources.
Maintain updated bed availability and facility services information.
Ensure completion of admission paperwork from residents or responsible parties.
Coordinate with nursing, business office staff, residents, and families for admissions.
Conduct facility tours as needed.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and reimbursements (Medicare/Medicaid).
Respond promptly to all referrals.
Set personal yearly growth goals.
Participate in sales and marketing efforts, community engagement, and promotional events.
Develop marketing materials and manage marketing budget and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel locally using personal vehicle is required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years experience in healthcare admissions or equivalent education/experience.
Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
Valid driver’s license for applicable state.
