We’re now looking for a passionate and results-driven Home Care Marketer to help expand our referral network and grow our reach across the region. Position Details Role: Home Care Marketer Focus Areas: Relationship-building, business development, and referral source engagement within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with referral sources: hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, physicians' offices, senior communities, home health and hospice agencies, and more. Meet or exceed monthly sales and referral goals. Collaborate with leadership to develop local marketing strategies. Attend client assessment meetings and help convert new business opportunities. Represent Home Helpers at community events, networking meetings, and industry functions. Develop marketing content, manage social media, and support caregiver and client engagement efforts.
