Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking qualified candidates to support an engineering effort in the National Capital Region (NCR). The work scope includes planning, designing, testing, building, implementing, deploying, and transitioning Information Technology (IT) solutions to meet various customer requirements in the NCR. Selected candidates will provide seamless transitions to leading-edge solutions that meet security requirements, along with operations and maintenance for development and test environments, and specialized support for mission-specific systems and applications. Design and develop well-integrated, cost-effective solutions for internal and external websites. Collaborate with client project managers and technical leaders to understand business objectives and system requirements. Design web infrastructures and implement intranet strategies for user authorization to access controlled components. Coordinate enhancements and maintenance of web systems and sites. Recommend server operating systems, hardware requirements, and encryption standards for secure communications. Provide technical advice and expertise to webmasters and developers during installation, testing, and evaluation of software. Potentially serve as a team or task lead. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. At least eight years of experience, including two years of technical leadership and four years in software development, installation, and modification in an online environment. Certifications CompTIA Security+ or higher. Security Clearance Active DOD security clearance (SECRET). Additional Information Onsite support within government facilities across the NCR.
