The Skinny Confidential, an influential beauty and wellness lifestyle brand renowned for its engaging multimedia content and product offerings, is seeking a data-driven Marketing Director to lead its strategic growth and marketing initiatives. This Director position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires a visionary leader skilled in leveraging data insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote The Skinny Confidential product line, driving brand visibility and product adoption. Utilize data analytics to assess market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. Lead marketing initiatives that leverage insights to optimize messaging and positioning. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing team. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role in consumer products within the beauty and wellness category. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data interpretation related to marketing metrics and trends. Exceptional communication and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
