Training Specialist
to join our team. This role is based in
Stafford, VA , with
telework flexibility . Candidates must reside in the
VA/MD/DC area
and be able to
commute to the Stafford office twice a month . Required Qualifications: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance 5–8 years of hands-on training experience Proficiency with
Adobe Captivate Expertise in designing and delivering
Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
and
SharePoint Exceptional
writing and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with
CODIS software Proficiency with
Adobe Captivate Proficiency with
Adobe RoboHelp Degree in
Biology
or background in
