Infosys Consulting is seeking experienced senior management consultants with a focus on Business Solution and Design to join our North American Communications, Media, and Technology practice at a Principal Level. About the Role: An experienced consulting professional, you will be a thought leader in the CMT industry and a key advisor in defining solutions. You will help clients define and realize the solution and business architecture as part of their transformation initiatives. You will shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the rapidly transforming business models of the CMT sector. Deep experience in defining solutions and enterprise architecture across telecommunications, media, or technology subsectors, along with a strong understanding of industry business solutions, high-level system architecture, and deployed technologies, is essential. Focus areas include: Business and Technology Transformation Reimagined Enterprise Telecom Business As a Principal, you will provide best-fit solutions during Infosys CMT Consulting engagements, including technology/product fitment consultation, scope definition, Proof of Concept development, opportunity identification, and brand evangelization. Collaboration with industry talent to create innovative solutions and leading sales pursuits are key responsibilities. This role requires skills in: Designing complex business transformation programs and solution architecture BSS and OSS Solutions eTom process knowledge and implementation Leadership of large transformation programs Global Delivery Model Telecom industry trends and adoption models Telecom Networks and standards Cloud-native solutions Project execution in a global delivery context Responsibilities: Define technology transformation roadmaps Contribute to end-to-end solution design and review Define and review Business Solution Architecture Ensure business continuity through transient state architecture Gather and review business requirements and NFRs Evaluate and select technologies Identify, design, and execute Proof of Concept scope Collaborate with technical teams for design alignment Mentor team members across programs Guide technical implementation issues Participate in governance meetings Identify new business opportunities and solutions Compare solution options for business value and ROI Participate in analyst surveys to showcase Infosys capabilities Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience can substitute for each year of education Minimum 5+ years in the CME industry and 3+ years in advisory consulting Ability to travel up to 4 days a week Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship provided Ability to work across multiple time zones and support a cross-cultural team Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years designing, implementing, or managing CSP customer management platforms Experience with industry-standard products for CSP operations 3+ years managing operations or process optimizations in customer management or network fields Advanced degree or MBA in Communications, Media, or Entertainment Strong client-facing skills, including presenting to senior leadership Experience working in a consulting environment with travel Leadership skills for workshops and enterprise architecture design Hands-on experience with CSP implementations, particularly in North America Additional Information: This description is not exhaustive of all duties.
